3. Quotes, Estimates, and Appointments

All quotes and price estimates provided via phone, email, or our website are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
 Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle model and condition
  • Service type and material used
  • Additional requests or customizations

Customers must confirm appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or canceled appointments without prior notice may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Full or partial payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
 We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • The wrong service was performed
  • A defect is found within the warranty terms
  • An agreed refund is approved by management

Custom orders and material-specific installations (such as pre-cut PPF kits or special vinyl wraps) are non-refundable once production begins.

5. Warranty Coverage

All services performed by Prestige Protective Films include limited warranty coverage against material defects and installation issues.
 Warranty terms vary depending on the product and brand (e.g., XPEL, 3M, Avery Dennison).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper maintenance or misuse
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or harsh chemicals
  • Unauthorized removal or modification of films or coatings
  • Normal wear and tear over time

     

Customers are encouraged to follow the maintenance guidelines provided at the time of installation to preserve warranty validity.
